Astrid — 2021-03-15 05:18:06 Emotes that sync from Twitch to Discord that are removed from availability are not detected by Ripcord client as fast as they do with the Discord client. It does eventually happen, however it is normal that to see that the new emotes are added to the picker while the old ones are not removed. For example, if a streamer decides to remove a few emotes due to having no slots left with the intention of cycling them out with a new pair, a ripcord user will only see two new emotes being made available, with zero of them being removed from the emote picker. If they were to use one of these now removed emotes, discord will return the message with only it's old :shortcode:. And as mentioned, the intended behaviour of being removed does still happen, but it can be a notable amount of time before this happens |
