Add an option to allow people to view FrankerFaceZ, BTTV, and Twitch emotes when people type a name of one of those emotes in chat. It's wouldn't modify anything on Discord's end, it would only show the emotes locally for people with Ripcord (or BD) installed.

I don't want to spend development time working with these external things and adding extra complexity to Ripcord. There are also a number of issues (clashing emoji names, animated emoji, security/tracking, etc.) that I don't feel I can solve in any satisfactory way.

I'll add that this might be possible to solve by plugin authors in the future when I introduce the plugin system.
