Discord lets you put multiple emotes into a message without closing the whole emote window by Shift-clicking on the icon. Would be a small convenience to add that would make it more similar to Discord proper.

This should already work. Please reply again if it doesn't, and we'll try to figure out why it's not working for you.

Heh, I wonder if maybe a modifier key event somehow got stuck down? Can't really think of any other explanation. Let me know if it happens again.

I think I figured out why, it doesn't work for adding reactions. Shift-clicking just closes the window, it works fine for the normal emote window though.
