A very useful feature in Slack, is that when switching channels (Ctrl+K), then channels with unread messages are listed on top.

Right now, when switching channels, I need to peek at the sidebar, then manually select (type) each of them.

RipCord differs from the Slack app because by default, the former doesn't show channels until the user types, while the latter starts with a default list, which is reduced by filtering in when the user types.

There are different solutions to this problem, and the solution could also be either an option or the default behavior.
