This will require an installer on Windows (to prevent a dangling startup entry if the Ripcord executable is moved), and some extra work on Mac to keep track of the executable location. I'm not sure if this is possible in general on Linux without explicit user intervention, due to the variety of configurations possible for Linux desktops.
