When in a group chat call or a guild voice channel on Discord, other users having video feed on (webcam specifically, I have not checked if the issue occurs with screenshare) will increase internet usage noticeably (about 2Mbps per feed in my case), as if the video was downloaded regardless of the fact that you cannot watch it.
