Some users seem to occasionally lose all their roles displayed on ripcord. They still properly have their roles in the server and can be seen with discord proper but ripcord loses track of them.

You can't see their role color in chat and they have no roles when inspected. In the server members window you can't find the user at all.

I'm not sure what caused this or what could reproduce this but it seems to have affected nearly every user in one of the locked channels.
