Have a set minimum tab-width, which makes tabs still distinguishable (using their text) on a tall but slim window size.

Additional tabs that do not fit are forced into a kind of overflow menu (similar to how Firefox handles to many tabs).

I am unsure if this should be default behavior or be configurable.
