Windows, macOS, and some Linux distros offer system dark themes now. Most apps I use on macOS automatically change their theme based on system settings.

This is particularly convenient for those of us who change our system theme often, e.g. on a sunrise/sunset cycle and like keeping app appearances consistent.

I would very much appreciate if I were able to choose specific themes for both system light and dark modes that Ripcord would switch between as the system appearance changes.

This is a good idea, but it will take a while to implement.
