cancel — 2019-09-18 09:51:00 Ok, something is going wrong. Marking as read (both methods) should work. Though marking as read isn't supposed to make the thread disappear from the threads list -- unsubscribing is what does that. So that part isn't a bug. Can try to perform this action again in Ripcord and tell me if you see any errors in the event log? | ||||
cancel — 2019-09-19 17:14:11 Partially solved when working with the user. It seems to be related to out-of-date or broken state on the server side for some credentials. I'll need to investigate again in the future. Solved by re-authenticating the account. |
