cobertos — 2021-03-13 02:27:04 Whenever I receive a notification from Discord (I've see it happen with DMs, with @ pings with my name, as well as with pings from replies), the main Ripcord window is focused and brought to the foreground above all other windows. It will steal the cursor focus as well, so if I was typing somewhere else, it will start typing in Ripcord instead. I tried to test this with the "Test Notification" feature in the settings menu and it does not reproduce the behavior. Oddly enough, when I'm in the settings/"Preferences" window and I receive a notification through a PM or something that causes a notification, the main window will focus, and bring itself to the foreground, in front of the settings window. This happens even when the window is minimized, not necessarily when just unfocussed in the background. Never happened when I was on Windows. It's just really annoying while I'm working. cancel — 2021-06-03 23:27:48 I think this is caused by your desktop environment, not Ripcord. |
