Arabic support in ripcord defaults to a unreadable value:

From what I can tell, I have seen this occur in other Qt Applications as well. I think the cause of this is some qt default that needs to be changed, although I'm not very familiar with qt.

I think this is a bug specifically with Qt on Mac. It seems to work correctly on Windows: https://cancel.fm/stuff/share/Ripcord_fSYcgaLuyh.png

There's probably nothing I can do about this on Mac except hope that Qt fixes it in a future version. I'll keep an eye out. If you have any more info, please let me know.
