Tried leaving a discord channel that I originally created and I can't leave it. It also is the last discord channel in a normal Discord UI group, not sure if that matters.

You can't leave guild channels. That's not something that can be done in Discord. I have no idea what you're talking about.

Oh, sorry, I'm not familiar with discord internals / vocabulary at all.

I'm trying to click the button shown in the picture below and it just doesn't work for one channel in my list (was trying to leave like 4 channels and 1 didn't work).

I do, yes

You can't leave a guild that you own. You have to use the web browser client to perform additional verification and then either delete the guild, or transfer ownership to another user.

I should probably add a warning about this in Ripcord itself.
